Depending on the time you register to the conference, as well as of your status, the conference fee is as follows:

The conference fee includes the following:

  • Attendance at the main conference as well as at the workshops/tutorials programs.
  • All proceedings and accompanying material.
  • One lunch and two coffee breaks for all (five) days.
  • Welcome reception on September 20th evening, including free visit to the Museum of Byzantine Culture.
  • The conference banquet on September 22nd evening.
  • etc.

For students: To be eligible for student registration, some proof of the student status is required (e.g., letter from advisor or from the Department - in English). This should be sent together with the registration form. Note that students that participate in the Summer School and/or the Doctoral Consortium are eligible for being reimbursed after the conference through sponsorships. For authors: At least one author of accepted papers should register before June 25th, i.e., the camera-ready deadline for accepted papers.

There are two methods of payment: Credit card and Bank transfer. More details can be found in the registration form.

Receipts for the conference fee will be issued by ICAPS Inc. They will be delivered on-site. In case you need them in advance, please email us at register@icaps09.gr .

Concerning accommodation, you have to book your rooms yourself. Alternative options can be found at the Venue tab.
